Our story

Born in an agency, not in an open space

Nuwed was born at Horizevent, a wedding planning agency in Bordeaux, France. After rebuilding the same spreadsheet for every wedding, resending the same documents and answering the same questions three times over, the missing tool ended up being written.

She plans the weddings, he writes the software. Every feature comes out of a real working day: that is also why Nuwed does not try to do everything. It does what an agency actually does, and does it well.

Questions

What we get asked the most

Is there anything to install?

No. Nuwed opens in your browser, on a computer, a tablet or a phone. Your clients have nothing to install either.

How many weddings can I manage?

Up to ten on Standard, as many as you like on Premium. Storage and branding also set the two plans apart.

Do my clients have to pay?

Never. Their access is part of your subscription: two per wedding, whatever the plan.

Where is my data hosted?

On servers located in Europe, with a GDPR-compliant host. We never sell your data and never use it for anything other than running the service.

Can I get my data back if I leave?

Yes. Your documents stay downloadable and we provide an export of your weddings on request.

Is the app translated?

French, English and Spanish, on the agency side as well as the client side. Everyone picks their own language from their own account.

Can we work as a team?

Yes. The Premium plan opens up to five accounts for your team, each with their own credentials.

Can I try it before subscribing?

The testing phase is running with our partner agencies. Sign-ups will open once that phase is over.
